Site Feeds Addon

Feeds are templated and new templates can easily be added.
The image format for each feed can be defined as the formats vary for each site.
Listing information can be defined based on the OR propery class for feeds that have different requirements based on the property type.
Includes templates for ByownerMLS, Enormo, Google, Hotpads, Oodle, Propsmart, Realestate.com.au, Tulia, Vast, and Zillow at no additional cost.
Additional templates will be added.

Paypal Add-on

Price: $40.00

No changing or replacing any OR core files.
Works with all 2.X versions.
Unlimited amount of charging options.
Packages can be limited by property class
Expirations can be set in terms of days, months, or years.
Packages can include the option to make the listing featured
You can set the number of images and vtours the package includes.
You can setup promo codes with a discount percent and expiration date to allow for special promotional pricing without changing your base prices.
Uses Paypal IPN for secure transactions.
Admin can choose the currency for payment (limited to Paypal's accepted currencies).
Paypal config settings are set through OR admin screen.
All language can be changed in the seperate language file.
With a simple change to the OR admin template, the edit my listings page will show their listings, listing status (active or not), listings expiration date, and links to activate/renew, edit, or delete each listing.
Upon confirmation from Paypal that the payment was successful, the selected listing will be updated to active, featured (if part of package), and the new expiration will be set.
Installation requires uploading the addon, setting up your listing options, setting some of the standard OR settings in the site config, and changing the OR admin template.

Flex FLV Player

Checks the files uploaded on a listing for any flv files.
If flv files exist, it will display the flv player.
If there are more than 1 flv files, there will be a select box for users to change the video.
Can be changed to read from the vtour uploads or from both the file and vtour uploads.
Free minor customizations to match your site (color and size).

Contact Form Plus Sugar

All the options of my Contact From Plus addon plus it adds the email sender as a lead in your Sugar CRM install. The email subject and message are added in the notes (history) area under the lead.
